Strykers Stadium Policies
With hopes to serve our fans in a fair manner, we are committed to our rain check policy at Strykers Stadium. In the event that five innings of one game are not played – or 4½ innings if the home team is leading – the game may be postponed or cancelled. In this case, a ticket for the game may be exchanged for a ticket of equal (or lesser) value to any 2016 regular season Strykers home game. All exchanges are subject to availability.
Gates always open three hours before game time, unless otherwise posted. Please, come join the Strykers early for autographs, live music, promotions, picnics, and a great view of batting practice!
Unless otherwise posted, all home games begin at 7:05 pm. When necessary, doubleheaders will begin at 5:05 pm.
Exits are at the front of the ballpark at the main gate. Any guest wishing to re-enter must have a ticket stub for that game. In the event of an emergency, please evacuate the facility in a calm manner.
Men’s and women’s restrooms are located on the first base side of the concession stand, behind the grandstand.
Strykers souvenirs are sold at the merchandise stand located near the grandstand on the first-base side. It opens when the gates open and closes at the conclusion of the ballgame. For more information, call 832.818.7331.
We are committed to serving our fans food and beverages throughout their entire Strykers experience. The concessions stand opens when the gates open and closes at the conclusion of the ballgame.
Lost and Found:
Anyone who has found an item or who is looking for a lost item, please visit the Concession Stand. If the Concession Stand has already been closed for the night, please turn in the item(s) to a member of the Strykers Staff.
Guest Service Booth:
Any prize winners, contest registration, first aid, complaints, and any questions or information that you do not know the answer to can be directed to the Guest Service Booth.
Each game we can have multiple contests going on to entertain our fans. All contest registration takes place at the Guest Service Booth.
First aid is available at the Guest Service Booth. All situations requiring medical attention should be directed to this area so that appropriate care or action can be taken.
Public Address Announcements:
Any requests for a P.A. announcement can be turned in to the Guest Service Booth. The decision to make the announcement will be left to the discretion of the Guest Service Booth employees and the time availability in that game’s script.
VIP seats are closer to the field, making them the most attractive seats available. Guests sitting in VIP seats also will enjoy VIP treatment with in-your-seat wait service, provided by the Strykers wait staff. These seats can be purchased at the main office at 25009 Oakhurst Drive, and by phone at 832.818.7331.
The new picnic deck stands on the third base side of the ballpark and overlooks the field from behind the Strykers' dugout. Prior to the start of the game, if there is a picnic booked for the area, the picnic deck is only open to that particular group. At game time, when the picnic is over, the picnic deck is open to the general public, regardless of what ticket a guest may have. We hope all fans get a chance to experience the great new view!
Fans will be able to arrange birthday parties at games, with parties available for groups of fifteen or more. Birthday parties include a hot dog, drink, chips, and dessert for all partygoers, recognition for the guest of honor over the PA system, a visit from our Mascot with a gift for the birthday child… even a free turn at the speed pitch for everyone in the party. Information regarding rates and availability can be found in the Guest Service Booth or by calling (832) 282-6139.
Bottles, Cans, Coolers and Food:
No bottles, cans, coolers or food may be brought into the ballpark at any time. This includes empty cups and containers. Medical exceptions will be granted on an individual basis at the discretion of the Strykers front office.
Security & Police:
We want to provide our fans with a very safe and pleasurable ballgame experience. Therefore, we will have uniformed Montgomery County police officers on duty at every home game at Strykers Stadium. The officers are at the park not because we believe there to be an inherent need for them, but as security in the off-chance an event warrants their attention. If there is an incident that you believe requires security, please notify a Strykers employee immediately; he or she will take appropriate action.
For safety reasons, we ask that fans refrain from going underneath the main grandstand or the party deck. If something is dropped under these locations, please notify a Strykers employee, who can retrieve the item. The grill area at the end of the concessions stand and areas behind the third base side of the grandstand and picnic deck are also off limits.
Thanks for inquiring about our policies at Strykers Stadium. We hope to see you there!
